Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

  • Any change or modification must be made in writing.
  • There will be no penalty for any cancellation made 30 days before or more than the date of arrival.
  • There will be a penalty of 50% charged on the full payment for any cancellation made 29 to 15 days before the arrival date.
  • There will be a 100% penalty (no refund) for any cancellation made 0 to 14 days, including a No Show, before arrival date.

Guides and Drivers Policy

  • In the Hacienda there is no room for Guides and Drivers, but if the agency requests in advance, we can find a room for your guide in a Hotel near the Hacienda. The Agency will be responsible for paying all the costs of this room.
